What is SIR (Special Intensive Revision)?
SIR is a special, large-scale voter list revision conducted by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
It is far more detailed than the regular annual update.
Purpose of SIR:
- Add every eligible voter (18+ citizens)
- Remove duplicate, ineligible, or deceased voter entries
- Correct name, age, gender, or address errors
- Ensure accurate and updated electoral rolls before major elections
SIR is conducted under ECI’s constitutional powers (Article 324) and relevant sections of the Representation of the People Act.

Booth Level Officers in Rajasthan will distribute the Enumeration Form (EF) door-to-door as part of SIR.

How to Download Rajasthan Voter List (Village / Ward Wise PDF)
You can download the electoral roll of any district—Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Udaipur, Sikar, Bharatpur, etc.
Step 1 – Visit the Official Website
Go to voters.eci.gov.in.
Scroll down → Click Download Electoral Roll under the “Services” section.
Step 2 – Select the Required Details
Choose:
- State: Rajasthan
- District
- Assembly Constituency
- Language
- Roll Type → Final Roll 2025
- Enter Captcha
Step 3 – View the List of Villages / Wards
After selecting your district & constituency, you’ll see all villages and wards under that area.
Step 4 – Load More Localities
The page displays 10 villages or wards at a time.
Click the ( > ) arrow to view additional ones.
Step 5 – Select Your Village/Ward
Tick the checkbox next to your locality → scroll up → click Download Selected PDFs.
Step 6 – Download the Voter List
A complete PDF voter list for your selected Rajasthan village or ward will be displayed within seconds.
Understanding Different Voter Lists
1️⃣ General Election List
Prepared before large elections like:
- Rajasthan Assembly Election
- Lok Sabha Election
The voter list is refreshed through SIR before these major events.
2️⃣ SIR Draft List
This list allows the public to:
- Add names of new 18+ citizens
- Correct wrong entries
- Remove deceased or ineligible names
Released only before major elections.
3️⃣ Draft Roll List
A routine annual draft list where citizens can:

- Apply corrections
- Register missing names
